Elden Ring Nightreign is just four days away now, and we got a look at one of the new bosses you’ll get to take on with your friends. As part of the Redbull Lancation event FextraLife brought together Mikka, Elajjaz, and Cas of Team Nordic to take on the horrors that the game has to offer.

Among the many enemies and bosses they slayed, we got our first look at Caligo, Miasma of Night. This massive dragon can attack at a distance with its ice breath, take out nearby enemies with its tail, and can even harness the weather to make life difficult for your party of three. However, due to some great coordination, Team Nordic managed to defeat the boss in their first try.

New Location And Bosses Revealed For Elden Ring Nightreign

The stream also unveiled the Fissure of the Fog dungeon, which was filled with terrifying enemies, which were really no match for the three of them. However, this is pro-level gameplay, so it’s definitely harder than it looks. As Team Nordic made its way through the dungeon, they came upon an ominous door on a cliff. As you’d expect, Caligo, Miasma of Night was waiting inside.

The fight was spectacular, with the three of them knowing their roles and executing their parts brilliantly. It goes to show that even the toughest of bosses are a cakewalk if you know how to coordinate and cooperate in Elden Ring Nightreign. With massive AoE attacks and swift movement, Caligo could pounce on any one of them in an instant, but the team knew how to deal with it.

Elden Ring Nightreign is undoubtedly balanced for a team of three. While you can play solo as well, the game doesn’t allow you to play in duos. It seems this was a mistake on the developers’ part, as they overlooked duos while focusing on the other two modes. However, director Junya Ishizaki mentioned that they are looking to introduce duos mode post launch. If you don’t have a third, the game will automatically matchmake you with someone.
