Read more about how temperature therapy can help with migraine prevention at Mayo Clinic.

Y’ALL! I’ve been a chronic migraine sufferer for years so I was skeptical that this ice pack would be any better than others I’ve tried. Thankfully, I was wrong. It’s not flimsy at all and has some good weight to it while still being super soft and flexible. In addition to 360-degree cold (or heat!) therapy, it also provides *gentle* compression that’s wonderfully soothing when a headache hits. You can pull it all the way down to cover your eyes (🎶 hello darkness, my old friend 🎶) or push it slightly upward to sit on your forehead, which means you’ll still be able to see and do things if needed. I also LOVE not having to balance an ice pack on my forehead while trying to get some relief. The included freezer bag keeps it nicely contained so it doesn’t come out smelling like all the frozen foods it’s stored with.

Promising review: “I heard about it on TikTok, and I was skeptical. I put it in the freezer as soon as I got it in the mail. Then, out of nowhere, I felt a headache coming on. I pulled it out of the freezer, slipped it on, and I passed out. When I woke up, my migraine was gone. I now go to bed with it on almost every night. I love that it’s a blackout mask. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!” —TheWalkFam
